  • Two words!...Shemar Moore...*drool*
  • Allow yourself some calories for that time of day...pre-plan your day so you can have a snack. Also, if you have no cals left keep your hands busy or get moving. I tend to do a lot of running at night just so I keep myself out of the kitchen.
  • And it will still destroy your body. Think about the acid errosion of your throat and teeth. I have had 4 root cannals and need two more. My enamal is gone. I only purged once a week...for 3 years. It still does major damage.
  • Actually....it was I who reported it. As a former ana/mia...seeing this topic come up and the fact that you seem to think it is okay is a huge issue. You need to seek counceling. Seeing people 'LOL' and 'Haha' a topic that is extreamly serious isn't funny. You need to get some help before you destroy your body. You will…
  • I track Calories, Protein, Carbs, Fat, Fiber, and Sodium. I keep my ratio for my Macros at 40/30/30. I make sure I get at least .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight. I track my water intake as well...and always go over the '8' glass rule...I usually get around 12 cups. I think it'll help you if you cut back on…
  • Plain Fage yogurt with 1/2 a teaspoon of honey Natural PB on whole wheat bread 1 square 90% Lindt dark chocolate with PB Pita with hummus
  • I've never missed an episode...I have passed up going out with my friends just so I can sit on my tush and watch it. Abby is my favorite...she is the perky Goth...just like me. I actually have gone as her on Halloween...with Bert and a lab coat. I have a pic in my profile...no Bert or coat on though, lol.
  • 'Strider, Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin spent the night of October 1 camped on the far eastern edge of Chetwood. We've left the settled areas of Bree-Land far behind us and are in the empty lands of Eriador. We're lucky to have Strider's path to follow! We'd better enjoy the scenery here in the woodlands. We're not too far,…
  • I understand that. However...your scars are probably quite tiny. Wait till you're in your 40's and have wrinkles, age spots...ect. Then you can complain. I hate seeing you be so upset with yourself over something so pidly. At your age I had a kid, was married, worked full time, went to school full time...ect. You have it…
  • Wow...harsh much! Yeah...I have plenty of stretchmarks from having a kid. I was 18...I went from 85 pounds to 120...I didn't stand a chance at not getting them. My entire stomach is covered...I haven't worn a bikini since I was 17. If my stomach was flat and had them I'd be more than proud to show them off. I have left…
  • Yep...it'll take time for your lungs to adjust. I used to have your exact problem...it's taken me nearly a year to go a mile at a 6mph pace and not get winded. Can you make it to the main land at some point and get fitted in a good running store? If so find 2-3 pairs that fit and then order them online. I know that…
  • Neither is better. MPF has a very low protein to carb/fat ratio. I set my intake so that I get at least 100 grams of protein a day and I still try to eat at 1400 cals. This is my ratio...you may need something different but just keep working with it. Also...keep your cals at what MFP sets you at and please if you are not…
  • First off...make sure your shoes fit properly. My shoes that I run in are at least 1/2 a size bigger than my regular shoes. Also...it sounds as if your lungs are not used to being used at a higher level. It'll take time to develop a good intake...I still struggle due to my asthma and I've been running for over a year now.…
  • Mine is based on an Arthurian legend. The maid of Astolat also went by the names: Elaine the Fair, The lily maid of Ascolat, The lady of Shalott. I love Lord Tennyson's works and The Lady Of Shalott is my favorite. It is also my favorite painting by John William Waterhouse. This has been my UN/handle on all the sites I've…
  • Go for a walk after dinner, do some type of craft to keep your hands busy, or maybe crank up some music and dance like crazy. Bordom is my enemy as well...I usually want to eat something about 3 hours after dinner, lol. I tend to do a lot of running in the dark with a headlamp, lol.
  • I'm not sure where you're located...I live in the States and use mapmyrun.com. I stick to the same routes usually so I know my mileage off the top of my head. I rarely use a machine...I prefer to walk, run, hike...ect. If it's outside I'm happy. Sometimes I can't pull up a route because the site I use only goes off of…
  • I have found it in Publix and Kroger. In Publix it was in the pasta or rice area and at Kroger it was in the 'natural foods' section.
  • *double post...grr.
  • We have nothing like this down here in Atlanta...I will however be walking/running on my own tomorrow for 10 miles...one for every year since the attack. I will be listening to my playlist that I made specifically for tomorrow. I have friends that are still fighting for our freedoms and I will not let them down on this…
  • Top 5: Disturbed Theory Of A Deadman Demon Hunter Metallica Three Days Grace They all have great beats and messages (for the most part, lol)...keep me really pumped and moving! Besides...the man I'm dating is a 6'3" version of David Draiman (Disturbed)....and so drool worthy, lol.
  • Remember The Titans Rudy The Blind Side All three of these remind me that I have to work for what I want!!! *should note I don't watch them while I workout. I usually run or hike outside, lol. These are just movies that inspire me.
  • As in...Hi Ho....Silver Rings Bells...the Christmas song. Garnet
  • Sweetie...you know what I think already. Be true to yourself and let her comments roll off your back...I know more easily saif than done. Been there done that and I still feel bad at time when someone makes a comment at me that's negative. I just remind myself that I am being healthy and fit for myself...no matter what…
  • Darlin'I weighed only 98 pounds when I met my ex (yes...I'm not quite 5 feet tall for those that wonder). Men than want more than a physical relationship are out there. Keep looking. If they cannot accept you for who you are now...no amount of weight loss will keep them interested. You have to do this for yourself...if a…
  • It will get crazy expensive! Trust me! Stay till you are 20 or can truly afford it. Save all the money you can right now. Pile it away...with this economy stay where you are even if it's not the best situation. I'm 26, divorced, and have a 7 year old...I'm living with the ex in-laws and I can tell you...I wish I had saved…
  • The guy I'm dating lives in spandex to run. It keeps things from bouncing and being 'shown'. Same reason women need to wear a sports bra. I'd rather see a man wearing spandex and everything in it's rightfull place than to see things flopping. And this is from someone who runs on a public trail daily. I come across many…
  • That is wonderful progress! You can especially see it in your waist! Congrats!
  • Ditto to what Azdak said! Also...the 'bike path' near me has a speed limit and it's truly no good for people who race competatively. The guy I'm dating refuses to use the path for anything but running...he takes his road bike out on the road...where it is meant to be used.
  • I have my ipod cranked up so I don't hear what anyone says to me. The best thing to do is to ignore them, they just want to get you upset and provoke a reaction. If you don't listen to music while out there...you should. If you're out there with someone else forgo the music that day but when you're by yourself it'll keep…
