Great job. You look fantastic.

You look adorable. Good job on the weight loss.

Good job. The results you got are great.

Thanks for all the responses. So maybe the answer is to fight it as much as you can, and then know that if you give in, it's not the end of the world. I am trying to be in better control this month, we'll see how long that lasts. The crazy woman in me wants chocolate and chips.

You look amazing. I would love to have legs like yours.

Congrats. You have lost a tremendous amount of weight and you are not a success-ish story, you are a success story. You look fantastic.

I really want to try the noodles but I am afraid that I'll buy them and immediately the smell will turn me off. I am already a picky eater, but the idea of 0 calorie noodles is soooo tempting.

I think about food a lot. I walk into work and I start planning for lunch. So at 9 am, I already want lunch. When I walk back from lunch, I already have either a sugar craving or a salt craving again. After dinner I think about the one spoonful of ice cream I allow myself or the little pringles tub. I am always thinking…

I think it might not be as much as they didn't notice but they don't quite know how to say that you lost weight. Maybe they don't know you're trying to lose weight so they might offend you by saying you had lost it. Additionally you're doing this for you and that is what matters. People will notice and comment but just…

Well I was on the lower end of Bs when I hit 140 at my highest almost 2 years ago, now I am at 126 and back in A cup size. So yeah my breasts are definitely effected by weightless.

5'2" and 126lbs currently , trying to be 120 by the new year or at least 122 (have a bet abt getting to 122).

Having my crush tell me he had no idea what I was worried about (in terms of how I look) because I looked the best he had seen of me in 1.5 years. <3

5'1.5 and I eat 1350 a day and eat back my exercise calories. I can sustain this and live this way so i am happy. I had previously done a 900 calorie diet and that didn't work, neither did 1200 but 1350+exercise calories just works for me.
-
Good luck on it. I would join you but getting to the gym when itis cold just doesn't happen for me.

I always eat back my exercise calories.i have my fitness listed as sedentary so on days I dont work out, I am only getting enough to stay alive. However on days I do work out, I am starving on that because my body just needs more to live and I did more than breathing or sitting at a desk. I know I could lose weight faster…

I have had my fitbit for almost 2 months and I love it. I definitely feel like I do more just so I don't feel like a giant fatty when I look at my fitbit at the end of the day. The fitbit doesn't make you do anything but for someone like me who likes to track my fitness, this helps a great deal. I love being able to see…

Seriously. When I was trying to eat 1200 calories a day, I was dying. I literally felt woozy and light headed most days. However, even on 1350 (net) or 1500 total I feel so much better and have a much better handle on my cravings. Not saying I don't go over at times but it's much better than before.

Hey I am 5'2" and trying to get down to 120 as well. I will probably want to hit 117 once I get to 120 but the goal right now is to get to 120 through healthy eating. There is no way I would have time to work out January through April (I am an accountant so that is THE busy season) so I need to figure out how to get to and…

I have come to realize that the week before my period I can eat like a crazy person (and I do because I am hungry ALL the time when I am PMSing) and not gain that much weight. My weight will change by a lb or so. Then I have my period and it will stay there, and when the bloating goes down, I might lose the little weight I…

Thanks for all the words of encouragement you guys. I appreciate it. I think I just have to learn that this is a lifestyle change and one day will not make or break it. I think the hardest part is owning it. I think logging it and seeing those calories pile up. It's gross to think you put so much food in your body. I just…

Wow you guys are intense but it's definitely nice to see that people can fit that much running into their schedule maybe it's a matter of actually starting and then continuing instead of starting/stopping as I am prone to doing. coolhand congrats on your first 5k!!

I tend to go for the handi-snacks vanilla pudding. I know, I know, sugar is evil. But I really like that they have 90 calories and they have their own little container so you can eat only a little bit and be done.

Alpine I have actually cut carbs but they still make up more than half my diet so I don't know if that change is doing it. Taylor sometimes when I just can't handle the hunger/fatigue I do end up eating more. But I wonder how much of that is mind over matter. Do I really need those extra calories or my body is tricking me…

I have been wondering about this as well. Lately I have been trying to eat better, live better and all that jazz. What that has led to is healthier foods, exercise and constipation. I have been thinking about starting up with probiotics to see if that helps my issue. We'll see how it goes, thanks for the info everyone.

I don't think my period is affected by weight loss as much as it is affected by exercise. I have noticed that if I have an intense work out or two around the time my period is due, it throws it off. One month I was 11 days late and the only thing I had changed was that I had started exercising. I think as my body gets used…
