  • I noticed water helps me a lot I cut all soda I do water only I flavor mine so it helps it taste good but I will do full 16.9oz bottles with each meal and one before bed with my bedtime snak and it makes me feel full so Im not doing any unwanted snacking.
  • Been talking to a lot of people on here I noticed some are only on 1200 cal diets. MFP has me on 1730 for 2ibs per week sedatary. Does anyone feel thats high Im usually under by 150-250 cals per day.
  • Started at 300.6 now 296.6 looking to lose 100 I am doing a 4 phase weight loss 25ibs each working on my first phase now please add me if your looking for extra encouragement as I would enjoy the same!
