great work! But, I have to say that I hate it when people say "I'm embarrassed to say post this." I started out 70 pounds heavier than you... and am 2 inches shorter... just be proud of what you accomplished, not embarrassed by what you once were.

I have rewarded myself with a new case for my Macbook and a few glittery iPhone cases. They are all inexpensive and motivate me to work for what I want. I try to reward myself for every 10lb. My next reward will be a new workout DVD! It is working for me!

I aim to eat 1/2 of them back. For many weeks I tried eating the full amount... something wasn't adding up... I was either staying the same or gaining. I think that MFP estimates a higher burn than what I'm actually burning (hope to invest in a HRM soon). THX.

The other day I spent 40 minutes cleaning out my car... I was sweating within 5 minutes and had sweat dripping until I came in to sit down. I think this definitely counts as exercise.

I lost 42 pounds in hopes to feel better but to also ease the pain I was having in my chest/stomach. But it wasn't stopping, so I gave up and continued to have severe pain. Months later I found out that i needed to have my gallbladder out. I gained it all back and then some... and here I am.

I really like to bring apples, applesauce, other fruits... and also dry cereal in a bag with a bottle of water! :) worked for me today! :)
