I have the worst habits... every excuse in the world to work out!!! portion control is a big problem ( i eat with my eyes) and mid-nite snacking is a weakness to me.ooooh i cant forget Weekends!! big problem, i do everything wrong on weekends:frown: :embarassed: .. but im trying to improve:drinker:

I am down 4lbs this week! i am soo excited. today i didnt do as much cardio as usual but i did something about 30min walk/jogg (woggle)lol. i have also been doing 200 curl ups before bed every night.:happy: Good Job everyone...lets keep it up!:drinker:

It was hard for me to get my woggle on today, but i did it for about 30mins. more of a walk because i was with the baby and the dog. It was fun:) Good luck everyone!!
