After a very hectic 2 weeks, my father passing away and going on vacation I am ready to get recommitted to my workout routine and eating on a more regular schedule. I am so very happy for MFP to keep my motivation up and to kick me in the pants when needed. We can all do this! Thanks for the inspiration!

HI, I am just finishing up a Hot by Halloween challenge, so this sounds great! I am very motivated to try and lose a bit more. I am about 5-6 lbs from my goal, but having a group to lose it with will be great!

Hello! Weight in today 133 lbs! Fit test Jumping jacks 86 Push up- no knees 30 Sit ups from ground 27 Burpees 15 Squats 40 So very glad that we are doing this challenge!! :happy:

I typically eat a sandwich with either a low fat tortilla or a flat bread, along with ham or turkey and some type of cheese, about 175-190 calories and either a banana or fresh strawberries, but I am a little bored with that so I am going to try some eggs this week. Thanks for the post got some good ideas from other people!
