I'm not as concerned about replacing Ward since he was 4th or 5th at the end of the season. Cotchery is a good replacement as a number 4. Any receiver who is 5 will be playing on special teams (something Hines didn't do) so the top 4 won't be getting killed during kicks.

Squats are on my list. I think I'm about a month away from doing them. First I need to deal with my sciatic nerve pain. Following my physical therapist's orders, no twisting, lunges, back extensions, incline situps or any heavy lower back work. But I can't wait to try them and make them part of my routine.

Had a couple of pairs of Levi's in the laundry room that haven't fit in a couple of years. Put one pair on straight from the dryer and they fit a little LOOSE! Felt great.

Okay, started at 248.5 Weighed 243 yesterday That's 5.5 pounds and 2.21% so far. Only bad thing is I was down to 241.5 but bumped up a little on Friday & Saturday. Don't want to know what Easter did to me!!! Time to get moving

I eat a little of both. Had an egg white omelet for breakfast (easy to separate the yolk) and I had a hard-boiled one in my salad at lunch. I need to watch the cholesterol so I go more for the protein in egg whites.

Okay, lot's here. First off, DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED!! It takes a little time for your body to catch up with all of the changes. Plus, you can't expect this to happen overnight. When I started I was getting discouraged because I was eating better/fewer calories, lifting weights & doing cardio. But, I wasn't losing weight.…
