  • know your why...why do you want to lose weight. focus on that.   • sounds like a GREAT plan. when i plan, i do sooo much better. you may want to go with some raw peppers, cucumbers, zucchini for your snack instead of the fruit....fewer calories. one day of exchanging more veggies than fruit won't throw your balance of fruit/veggies for the day. planning works!!!
