See ladies. The way to man's heart isn't through his stomach, it's through yours. Sorry, couldn't resit. :) Man that's sad. I hope she wakes up before it's too late. On the plus side (see what I did there) if she goes down to normal eating, she'll lose some massive weight fast. It's also sad that she's getting main media…

I just ordered it on Amazon instant video for $4.99, so that's another option if you don't want the dvd or can't find it. Looks pretty fun. I'm starting this Monday and mixing in with my normal stuff. Good luck!

Heck yeah. You're kicking butt man. And grats on your first 5k. That's one of my goals this year.

Coffee. mmmm And yes, don't bash coffee when there's only about 2 drops of it in that drink of yours. :)

Shoot for 1g per lean muscle you have for starters.

I love green and white loose-leaf teas from Teavana and Harney & Sons. Aside from those I also love Weight to Go PU-ERH tea blend from Teavana. I don't think the weight thing applies, but it tastes and smells wonderful. That's my go-to drink this week along with a white vanilla grapefruit tea from Harney. Edit: just adding…

Feel free to add me. I'm active and a single dad, so I'm familiar with the busy lifestyle messing up nutrition. Especially when my girls get picky. :) Either way, good luck!

Wow. I don't even know what to say there except wow.

Self control. It's a lost art. :)

I'm in Vegas. Sure can't wait for the heat to get here so even the thought of opening my door makes me cry (and lose 10 pounds). :)
-
That looks awesome. None here in Vegas, but one is in SoCal later in the year. Tempting.

Working out for 3 hours at one time. Was a goal of mine for the week (just curious if I could do it). Glad it's over. :)

Just take it slow and don't get discouraged. Your trainer is right in that your body will take time to reflect whatever you do. Grats on the water drinking. I got mine up to about 1 gallon a day a few weeks ago and can feel the difference in skin/etc. Anyway, if you ever need to add active people, drop me a line. I started…

I am dying to see it. Was tempted to go this weekend but the theater by my house was PACKED for Avengers. If I get time tomorrow afternoon, it's on.
-
Heck yeah! Grats! Enjoy it. :)

Tuna pouches. Luv em.

Italian/Irish (raised Italian, Sicilian). Wouldn't mind visiting Italy some day. My grandma has went back there a few times.

I'm buying all the way down. I love buying clothes anyway. I am refraining from buying some of the more expensive clothes I want til the end though. That's my treat. Not buying suits and stuff, so my wallet isn't getting hammered. Mostly Old Navy stuff for summer.

What I did was stick in the relationship to my ex-wife because I had kids. Yes, being told I was fat daily and having her sabotage my weight loss efforts was a blast for years. My weight went up and up. Hell, I won't even go on about the rest. But hey, I'm out and things are looking up. :) There's really no question here.…

LOL. You did. I just wanted to tag the post so I could come back and read up later. Wish I had some weird food to share.
-
Thanks. Just bought this on Amazon for about $13. Can't wait to check it out.

Nice!

Wait. I didn't have to put a real pic of me? Now I find out . . . :)
-
Pizza. And it's still around! :)

It's natural. I see people who say things like, "I cut out 1 cookie a day and walked to my refrigerator for exercise and I'm down 76 pounds in 6 months!" And I'm like, WTH. Also remember that the more weight someone has, the easier they will drop overall weight (at least to a point).

Looking amazing. Great job!
-
Dang that's one heck of a transformation! Grats! Looking great!
-
Awesome. I needed to hear that today. I'm gunning for 250 by my vacation time in July and really want to fit into XL shirts without them being skin tight. :) Grats!!!

I don't do that, but I do look at a week at a time for my overall happiness of what I did or didn't do, so that could work.
