I'm finishing up 30DS soon (22 out of 30 in the books). Power 90 is next. Think my body is at a plateau, which I guess will happen every 10lbs now.
-
Yep, I see a difference. Nice job man!
-
Looking fantastic! And yeah, you're on day 22 of 30DS. ;) Keep rocking sexy.

Wow. That must be good stuff. Pass that **** over here.

If it helps, I had a TWO week stretch last month where I worked out for 2-3 hours each day and ate well (no junk). And despite have enough fat to go around, I lost a damn pound (and that was stretching it). The whole time I'm like WTF, WTF, WTF. I even bought a second scale......and got pissed off times two. :) And then…

Grats on your loss. Big face change.

I'm 260, 5'9" and my main weight goal is 200 right now. We'll see though. I have about 170ish in lean mass right now. I don't want to end up with a runner's body and know what I looked like around 200. But honestly, I'm not worried about my end weight these days. I'm just eating great, working out hard and letting the body…

Get the pie, enjoy it and get to work after. mmmmmmmmmmm

hahaha best response ever.

It can taste like a lot of things depending on the tea. First of all (IMHO) loose tea is the only way to fly. I'm a tea lover who drinks about half gallon of hot tea daily (green/white), but I can't stand tea from tea bags. I would say many green teas have a grassy quality to em. My favorite are Jasmine pearls. It's not…

Yes, if possible, switching weights is the best way. Punching with 10lb+ dumbbells on level 3 might be a bit much, but as Spearfox said, doing the chest flies with 10lb even wasn't anything. I think it's a great way to spend 25 minutes in the morning.

I'm doing 30DS right now and enjoy it. I'm just past the halfway point of the program and doing level 3 of 3. Started with 10lb dumbbells and used em for a bit. My shoulders hated me, but whatever. I ended up dropping to 5lb ones recently and it's easier, but still a great workout. Although, I'm thinking of going back to…

Lost 3.4 pounds. I'm happy, but I suspect the next week or two my body will sit there and then whoosh again. It tends to do that. Great start though.

I drink 1 gallon a day. To start the day, I open a gallon of bottled water and chug a few glasses and keep drinking it throughout the day. I work from home, so I don't need to lug that gallon everywhere, but I would if I had to.

I weigh-in tomorrow. Got some nice action the last half of the month. Hope June rocks. My only blooper was getting completely hammered one night. Spent the next day wondering why there was so much "foreign" stuff in my garbage disposal. :D

Stay away from the Asian chicks. :)

Never really bored, but if I was, I'd read or look for something quick to watch on Netflix/Amazon.

Did day 15 of 30 today (level 2). I'm using 5lb dumbbells now. Was doing 10lbs and my shoulders hated me. :)

Welcome! I love MFP. Do yourself a favor and find some good people to friend. And make sure to log whatever you do. Good luck!

I've owned a few Bowflex machines over the past about 10 years. I used to like them, but now I won't recommend them because I feel you can get a lot more from a handful of free weights. Last one I owned was the extreme. I'm not strong in my upper body, but I was maxing out the thing @ stock level. Don't really consider…

Day 14 done (on level 2 currently).

Technically, 265.6, but I think I'm 264 right now, so I'm going with that. Goal is 254 by July 8th.

Hi all, First, I really hope each on of your smacks down your goals! I'm Jason, a single father of two (have my girls most of the time) and work at home as a graphic design + writer in Vegas, baby, Vegas. Was 310 at my heaviest. Tried losing in the past, but was in a horrible marriage and between that stress and sabotage…

I'm a self-employed graphic designer and writer/editor. I don't paint, but I do amuse myself with drawing from time to time. And have been a dabbler in photography forever. Love enjoying the creativity of others.

I'd love to drop 10 more within 6 weeks. Perfect lead up to my SF trip in July.
-
Wow, you're looking great. Big congrats on a huge accomplishment!

Like others have said, leave him be. In fact, don't even talk about it to your friends or relatives. Put it far, far out of mind.
