Power blocks and an adjustable bench. Crazy amount of stuff can be done with that. I try to only lift heavy in the gym because sometimes you just need to drop those weights and i would cry if i messed up my floor doing that.

Yeah. The bands are good too. I wrap them around my pull-up tower and its got the same feel as using a cable machine. Just have to put some weights on the tower legs or that thing would fly across the room haha.

Sure. Any push-up variation and dips are the best way to go.

Almost yacked during the fit test lol My cardio conditioning is not what it use to be thats for sure. This morning was the first workout and i was dying on the floor after it. Def going to see result with this and the re-vamped diet.

Just started over the weekend. Almost yacked during the first fit test lol. Today was the cardio plyo circuit and that was no joke. On the floor with nothing left to even stand up by the end. . Early 20's bod here i come.

Yeah food use to be the hardest part for me too. Staying active is just fun and i have no problem with that. But once you start seeing results you forget about the food part pretty quick.

Sure you can. I mean it might be harder with those almost 600 cal. ones. I have one for lunch if i cant get out of the office. And when i am cutting i usually have one to replace a meal and keep the daily cals. low while keeping protein high.
