I had a swollen optic nerve and the eye doc made me see a neurologist and I had to have a spinal tap and MRI done. He said it was from excessive weight gain and I need to lose at least 34lbs. Then is when it hit me that I weighed more than when I was pregnant and that was 14 years ago. O.e.

I have a mini trampoline that shockingly burned 500-600 calories in 30 minutes. Set the tv to one of my fav shows or turn on the radio and just start bouncing. I love it. I even add some twists or reps of 25 jumping jacks, etc. The more you do the more you burn.

I love my dad and I know he can't help it because he is Filipino, but when he talks, I can't help but give him the O.e, every time he say a word that starts with a 'F" and it sounds like a "P". I have been trying to correct him since I was like 5. God, love that man! lol
