  • NASCAR drivers burn a ton of calories from their adrenaline going, heart rate up, and arms control so long and their fires suits being on so long.   • Actually, I am right where my doctor and dietitian want me right now due to multiple medical issues. The numbers are still going down...I was just pointing out that even though they are, I am gaining inches back from not exercising.
  • I have 3 cats. Every time I exercise, that is when they decide to play. My bum is a resting place for the fat one when I am doing push-ups. When I am doing sit-ups, one bats at my hair. Then if I am doing jumping jacks, my ankle bracelet is free game for attack!
  • Try getting in a few extra calories with nuts or trail mix. I found it helped with feeling sluggish and gave me the extra that I need.

  • I have not read them. Probably not going to. I am not into those kinds of books. I have a lot of friends that have read them and some loved them and some hated them. I guess it would depend on your style. If you are easily offended, you probably shouldn't read them.
