My FIRST compliment from someone other than my family!!!! I've lost 8 kilos and dropped 2 dress sizes actually but I suppose when you continue to wear the same clothes and don't talk about your huge lifestyle changes, people don't notice so much!

Is the sizing different in USA? Because DD isn't that big. I'm a 34 G and hate them so much. If they don't get smaller when I've reached my goal weight I will get a reduction. I think they make me look like a much bigger person than I actually am, I'll never look very slim with them and I don't want the extra attention…

Mmmm coffeee :-) I drink it all day in the office, black no sugar (luckily that's how I grew up on it- so never needed to wean myself off of milk or sugar). My favourite instant coffee is the Carte Noire Instinct- It's REALLY good, and doesn't taste instant.

Hey good idea! I've just seen this but I think it's not too late to start now. KM's is easier for me to calculate, so that means I'll need to do 6.6 KM per day. It's a good job my walk to and fro from work is 3KM :-)
