3 weeks is not enough time to lose 7kg, and furthermore, I think you should tell us your current height/weight before anyone on here gives you weight loss advice at all.
-
That's because most locations don't.

They average about 35-45 minutes per workout. The longest one I think is 50 minutes. Inspect the DVDs before you start with the program as a large number of DVDs that were shipped out had the audio track on the "Ultimate Ball" DVD incorrect. The video you're watching is correct, but the audio is from one of the other DVDs.…

This has always been their corporate policy since their inception. It's just that many franchise locations were free to disregard that policy, or just plain ignored it. PF has decided to crack down now, and the franchise locations that have been allowed to go on disregarding their "no squat racks" policy are going to have…

130-135 lbs over the course of like---3-4 years or so. At a point now where I don't care about weight. If it goes up, it goes up. If it goes down, it goes down. All about functional gains at this point.

My bedroom.

Pretty much this. At your weight doing virtually anything high impact, including running, will more than likely damage the knees in the long run. Stick to low impact until you have lost a fair bit already.

I do suspension training and sandbag training at home. My workouts take anywhere from 20-45 minutes depending on the focus of the day's workout. I sometimes take my suspension trainer with me to work and do it on my lunch break.

Push-Pull-Legs is a split, yes. I see it as more of a hybrid personally, someone who wants the best of both worlds.
-
Not a complete split. Push/pull/legs or something of the like isn't uncommon, but something like chest-mon, back-tues, abs & cardio wed, and stuff along those lines is more bodybuilding/aesthetics-specific. It's still a compound-based lifting based program which doesn't allow for full on splits. In any case, the point was…
-
Also bear in mind splits are structured for people whose goals are mainly aesthetic. People who are seeking more functional or athletic gains don't train in splits. Competing lifters, MMA fighters, etc... They don't do splits. There's a reason for that.

I downloaded the videos and tried them out. I found the workouts to be sub-par compared to original P90X after reviewing them. I promptly deleted it afterwards because I thought it was SO bad in fact that I didn't feel it deserved to take up hard drive space along with the other videos I've torrented. All I have to say is,…

The program is written the way it is because when training using that format, rest is of extremely high importance. It's important to note that Stronglifts was designed primarily for people seeking functional strength gains. And any program designed for people seeking such a goal will feature more rest days, because the…

LiveFit is a solid program. Although it's not a good idea to supplement it with 30DS because the reason it's structured the way it is, is because of the importance on resting muscle groups in between workouts.

It looks like you keep repeating the "B" workout only. Where's the "A" workout? The one consisting of power clean and overhead press? It should be like this: Mon > A (Squat, Power Clean, Overhead Press) Wed > B (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) Fri > A +5 Mon > B +5 Wed > A +5 Fri > B +5 and so on.

Starting Strength and Stronglifts 5x5 are strength training programs aimed at beginners. They only require you to train 3 days a week and the exercise selection is based entirely off of barbell exercises. Starting Strength is available in book form, and Stronglifts is free on the internet. Do those 3 plus fit in some…

Stronglifts 5x5/Starting Strength. 3 days a week doing compound lifts. Boom. Done.

I've never been in a relationship that ended with us still being on good/speaking terms. For that reason I cannot comprehend the idea of even WANTING to stay in touch with an ex.

Unless you have something medically wrong with your digestive system (in which case you're only skirting around the issue by going vegan rather than getting medical attention you need), meat and dairy are not the cause of weight gain.
-
The main issue here is that you need to be fresh--not fatigued--when starting your strength training session. Primarily for safety reasons, but also because you won't be able to push hard enough to see the results you're looking for if you're already fatigued when you start.

Where I come from people don't acknowledge the day before Halloween as anything special. it wasn't until I saw the movie The Crow that I learned it had a name.

Weight loss happens through calorie deficit. Exercise, in and of itself, does not accomplish it. It is accomplished purely through correctly matching your calorie intake to your activity level. What exercise does for you is this: 1. It stimulates muscle development/maintenance so that when you eventually DO reach a healthy…

It was interesting for me because it told me my dialect is native to a city/town I moved away from when I was only 9 years old and have never been back to since. I think that says something about at what ages we are most susceptible to influence and when we start becoming less susceptible. I haven't picked up any of the…

Ever since I reached a healthy weight for my height and no longer had trouble fitting into "normal" size clothes I have been focusing exclusively on functional gains. I do not care one little bit about whether or not I see defined abs or anything else along those lines.
-
I tried Insanity a few times but never got more than two weeks in. The risk of injury, I felt, was too great, and the more I learned about fitness in general the more I learned you can get better results out of programs that permit more rest.

I don't really see a need because the whole purpose of the new Tony and Shaun T workouts is to be shorter for people who can't devote a full hour or so to a workout. With Chalean that tends to not be too much of an issue anyway because her workouts tend to be shorter anyway. With CLX the only day you spend more than like…

Spiders right now are broken because of their hitbox issues. Personally I don't like dedicated LRM boats. I do have two catapults but they're the primarily turret-focused ones (K2 and Jester). I had an LRM one which I just used to unlock things. I tried the Dual AC20 Jagermech. I liked it but I found it to be too…

It's not so much build as it was the fact that by getting a light you chose to play the game in hard mode. Not a good idea for somebody new =) But we'll be waiting, and happy to help.

Provided you can go at a pace that's sufficient to leave you winded after that 30 seconds without tripping up on the rope (in other words, not a beginner) yes, it's fantastic cardio. 30 minutes of HIIT though is a bit much. Most of the best jump rope workouts only have you going for 10-15 minutes. There's a reason for that.

I get what you're saying but I just had to correct you in the motorcycle specific analogy: The bracing is done with the lower body, squeezing in on the tank. If you load the handlebars under heavy braking you run the risk of overloading the suspension in a way that upsets steering geometry, potentially leading to a wreck.…
