You need more protein. It keeps you fuller longer, so try to incorporate some at every meal. Every single day I have some kind of egg for breakfast, along with other food of course, it helps me make it till lunch. And fill up on that water! Makes you feel super full :) *im at 1200 cals as well. Good luck!
