definitely a possibility... I was on depo for 6 months when I was a teenager.. I had been the same weight for a long time, didn't change anything (eating habits/exercise, etc.) and I gained 7 pounds in each 3 month timeframe... :/

every size from US 6(only one pair of pants, that must have ran closer to a 7/8, because I could never fit any other size 6 pants) to 20 and Small to XXL... about to sell off(/donate what doesn't sell) all the XXLs and 18-20s. ...my 18s are getting loose but I haven't dug out my 16/17s yet... LOL

06 VW Passat (inherited) .... It's nice enough, but I miss my 93 Camaro (totaled it, got it fixed but was never the same.. then hit a deer and sold it for next to nothing because I didn't want to pour the $ into it to fix it after that(good bit of cosmetic damage, busted radiator.. who knows what else.) :frown:

Charleston area South Carolina.. though I was born in Virginia and most of my family is there, .. I go stay with family up there about 3-4x per year for about a month each time (for the past few years since my husband and I split up) and really feel more at home there near the mountains. Wish I could live there..but that's…

I have a Kel-Tec P3AT (.380) ... don't know much about guns but I like it, it was what my uncle recommended and he knew all about guns... fwiw would recommend for a woman, for concealed carry, anyway. It fits in my jeans pocket and not noticeable at all, even in pretty tight jeans when I was 142 lbs. I don't find it hard…

I weigh myself every morning, if I see a lower # than I have seen before then I "consider" it a loss. but, I restrain myself from changing my weight on here more than once a week.. I don't log it on here every morning or 2-3 days that I dropped .2 lbs.. I just make a mental note of that weight.

in my experience, I get more nauseated more quickly, with oxycodone. I've only had hydrocodone and oxycodone (with dental work and after giving birth) . it does help to make sure you take it with a meal. I'll eat some, then take the pill, then eat some more. it doesn't always work but it does help vs. just taking the pill…

This is my second time around trying to lose a good bit of weight... I lost almost 90 lbs before I had my kids, and I was not happy at my lowest weight (142) - I much preferred my body at closer to 165 or so. I did try to gain weight(ate much more and higher calorie foods , and worked out less,) , but I wasn't able to. I…

I had psoriasis pretty badly when I was younger (~12-18 yrs old) .. It pretty much went away when I was about 18. I haven't had any problems with it since then. but one thing that helped with it, that I didn't see mentioned here, was using "dead sea salts " in my baths. ... that said, I'm not sure of why it "went away" for…

Good for you for getting back on track now.. my 2 are 17 months apart, but my younger one will be 3 at the end of August :( I've put on nearly 100 lbs but only 50 of that between the 2 pregnancies themselves.. most of the other 40-50 lbs came after my younger one was born. (my husband left when our younger child was 4…

I requested you (OP) and anyone can feel free to add me as well.. I'm currently 220 lbs and wanting to get to about 165, and my diary is open (although I failed miserably at logging the past week or 2... I'm back at it now!)
-
yep that's it :) and I agree .. my lowest weight was 142 (before kids) and the calc told me my LBM is 119 right now.. I thought 142 was way too low for my frame back then.. my ribs were clearly visible at that point.. I'm shooting to get back down to 165 :)

what I've read is it's 1 g of protein for each lb of LEAN body mass.. for example I weigh 220 lbs and my "lean body mass" (calculated/estimated from fat2fitradio website) said 119 lbs ... I seem to consistently go over my protein goals.. tuna, chicken, protein shakes, eggs... :/ ETA:…
