Op I know the feeling. I have the same problem. However, if people hand you food you have a right to turn it down. If you simply can't turn down the food (it's hard I know.) You have a choice not to eat it. Take it home and enjoy it later. However, if you can't turn down the food do more at the gym. Get more calories.
