Congratulations, you sack race contender. Your hard work is paying off. Isn't it fun to participate in life, instead of watching it. Next stop, the Olympics!

Great job, weekend warriors! Level 2, Day 5 - checkity, check!
-
A day late, but I did it. Onward!
-
Level 2, day 3. Gonna try to work in another workout today.

Aargh! I overslept and just got home from work. I am too tired to move. And ate horribly. So today is an unexpected rest day. But I will do an extra session this weekend. I am committed to keeping up with my July 8th buddies. You all are the best. I really appreciate everyone checking in. It motivates me to keep going.…

Fun topic! What I like about level 2: - clearly more challenging than level 1. Even if you don't lose weight or inches, you know your body has gotten stronger and more physically fit. That is a big victory. - core attacked with practically every move. As my abs are weak, I can feel them all the time. For example, the one…

^^^ Good job on getting through the workout! Great job, everybody! Level 2, Day 2 completed. Happy shredding!

You all are doing fabulous. Wow. I agree that it's VIP to listen to your body and not overtrain. That means taking rest days, using lighter weights, not changing levels too fast... We are athletes and should approach this effort as athletes would. This is a life change to an athletic lifestyle, no need to burn out. Keep up…

Level 1, Day 9 completed. Tomorrow is my last day of Level 1. Yippee! Happy shredding, everybody! Congrats on being consistent and making it this far.

Woohoo, y'all are working it out! Keep up the great work. Level 1, Day 8 completed. I agree with someone who yesterday stated they were kinda getting tired of JM's voice, but today when I did it without her, I keep getting lost. LOL! Other than that, happy only two more days of Level 1. Will I regret that statement later?…

Amazing transformation! Thank you for posting your pics. You are an inspiration.

Congrats on checking in, everyone! You all are truly committed. We are doing this! Level 1, Day 7 completed. I am glad I upped the weights yesterday, even though it burns. I can already tell it will help me get better results. After all, I am doing the 20 minutes. I might as well do it to the best of my ability. That way,…

OMG! Great job. How inspirational! Thank you for going through the effort of putting the pics up. The pics show a big difference. Your hard work paid off. Very well done.

I love reading the thread and recognizing all the names checking in, including people checking in to say it is their rest day and letting us know their plans. Great job, everybody! Day 6 completed. I upped the weights from 3 to 5. It made it much harder. I definitely did not keep up with Anita or anyone else. LOL! See you…

Absolutely gorgeous! That's what hard work does. You are an inspiration. Thank you for bravely showing your pictures. You help me keep going.

Wow, this thread is on fire today. Great work, everyone. Level 1, Day 5 completed. I will up my weights to 5# tomorrow. I know that if I want to see a difference, I need to make sure I challenge myself. Three pound weights are feeling adequate on the shoulder pull-backs and bicep curls in section 2, and the chest row in…

Amazing! You had a fantastic transformation in a short time period. I am glad you were brave enough to share these pics. You look fantastic.

Wow. You look amazing. I can tell you worked really hard. Congratulations. You are an inspiration.

I too am gaining weight, which is not what I want. Having said that, I know that some people do gain water weight when lifting weights that dissipates over time. More than that, for me, I am so out of shape that part of the reason I am doing the 30DS is to tone and get fit enough to do other exercises. My endurance is the…

Wowwee, yesterday's roll call showed that so many people did their workout. Go July 8th shredders! Good job on today's workout as well, everybody! Especially since folks were sore and/or not really feeling like doing it. Keep it up! I did Level 1, day 3. I too almost didn't, but ended up doing it. I'm glad I did. Well…

Thanks for doing the roll call! I went back and read yesterday's thread. So many people got their workout in! Congrats! I, too, shredded this morning. I'm not a morning person either, but it's the best time for me for now. I was sore from yesterday, but am glad to have Level 1, Day 2 done. Happy shredding, everybody! Keep…

Woohoo! Great job, everybody, for figuring a way to get that workout in. You are doing this!
-
I am starting with 3 pound weights but will use 5 on Level 1, Day 4. At least that's my plan.
-
Hi all. I didn't know if there was already a roll call for today's workout, so I started one. Please let me know if I missed it (face palm). I did Level 1 Day 1 today. Based on prior failed attempts at exercising, I know I have to do this first thing in the morning. I used 3 pounds weights and was very Anita-lite. I have…

These are great results! Thank you for sharing them. If you get a second, I would like to hear about how your energy level changed, if it changed at all.

Hello all. So glad to join you. I tried in June, then got waylayed by workaholism, so this time I am getting my priorities right. Here are my measurements: starting weight - 236.2 waist - 52.5 hips - 47 neck - 16 upper arm - 18 bust - 51 honest energy level without caffeine or sugar -low self-assessment of fitness on scale…
