You machine, P90X would kill me. LOL

Thanks heaps! I think I just find it more convenient, which obviously means I have more motivation to get my workout done. But, if it;s doing me harm I think I'll start wearing some trainers which actually support my feet.

I have the 30 Day Shred DVD, I've had it for a year but I never stuck with it until now. I just finished day 8! I find it easier to watch on Youtube though! Let me tell you, I lost 7 kilograms by just controlling my diet and that took me a few weeks. In the past 8 days I have lost NOTHING, BUT I have noticed loads more…

Mine would have to be a bowl of some sort of pasta and cheesy garlic bread!

I learnt the hard way to not just take what the scales say as the defining factor as to whether or not I lost anything, that day, week, month. etc. Body weight fluctuates depending on how much water you're retaining, waste. etc. Initially I didn't workout and had a steady loss, but hardly any body change.. Once I started…

I was a vegetarian, I had only just begun eating tuna to get a little more protein. I wouldn't stretch as far as other meats. However, I will try the peanut butter thing, I have some organic stuff in the fridge. I had just been told time and time again that something like that wasn't an option, that I needed to literally…

I wouldn't say I'm really, really overweight. I'm slightly above the considered healthy BMI of 25, possibly even within that because I think I've grown a little since my last drivers license picture which has my height. I gained a lot of weight years ago, about 30 kilos (60 pounds) lost 10 naturally after I got out of the…

Thank you! I was a vegetarian until it became too hard to get enough protein in so I began eating tuna, I'll definitely add some salmon in and go get some nuts and stuff. Thank you!
-
Ok, how? I'm always full and I eat 5 times a day, advice is certainly welcome!

It's coming from oats, vegetables, fruits, egg white, a little bit of cheese and tuna if that helps at all. (: I also workout everyday.

BUMP!

Thank you, I really appreciate this! I hope it's the same for me.

I weigh / measure everything I eat and add it all into my diary so I don't know what else to do if it's my calories!
-
Were there any changes in your measurements after 4 weeks? Or only after 6?
-
Thanks for the advice! (:
-
Thank you so much, this is just what I needed to hear!
-
Were you physically smaller? (:
-
Thanks for the replies. Now, if you were a measuring tape, where would you hide? I can't seem to find it.
-
Thank you! It's a bit of a mind game when I have the weight to lose and it's not coming off! I think I need to hunt down my measuring tape today!
-
Thanks!

THANK YOU! However, I have one last question. Should I give up the 30DS as it wasn't a part of my initial successful weight loss plan?
-
Thank you for the answers, I really, really appreciate it. I think it's just a bit (or a lot) of self doubt occurring right now. Hah. I feel like no matter what I do, even if I go back to what I thought worked, I won't lose anything, blah blah. I'll give it another shot, thank goodness MFP will let me track back through my…

So, in exactly 1 month today I've lost around 7 kilograms (14+ pounds), my weight has recently began to fluctuate like CRAZY because for the last week I'v actually exercised. However, in 13 days I lost over 10 pounds, this was in the beginning, just tracking calories, drinking loads of water and green tea and getting…

If you can, do it! Exercise is quite beneficial that TOM. However, if you're anything like me and literally get sick the first day (or which ever day/ days they are for you) don't feel bad for taking a day two off to rejuvenate!

My current favourite is a baked potato (which contains 90% of the meals calories. LOL) topped with spinach, mushroom, capsicum, onion and garlic that had been cooked together in a pan, topped with extra light sour cream! Depending on the size of your potato, between 270 - 400 calories!

I hate trying to vacuum the bathroom floor/ wipe the hard surfaces. Something about the bathroom makes hair, gunk and dust want to cling to the benches, same with the floor my vacuum hates trying to suck up that stuff! Only way to do it is to get down on your hands and knees and clear it up manually!

Today is day 8 on level 1 for me, the whole time I've had the DVD I never stuck with it for this long, so proud! For those who are sore/ just starting out, around day 5 you'll see an incredible difference! The pain subsides and the endurance kicks in!
