  • I got gel nails and a facial... It was awesome! I buy clothes a lot because I've dropped 6 sizes so far and heading for #7. I don't use food for rewards ever.
  • I very rarely eat all my calories for the day, but I don't go under 1200 either. If I work out I may use a few of them but I don't eat all my workout Calories. I have my calories set at a 2 lb a week lose so they are not high anyway, 1350 a day. I've gotten pretty good at keeping my cals about the same each day. Good Luck!

  • I got some Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels workout DVD's. The Jillian Micheals one is great cardio. I also get Exercise TV on my Cable and do some of the Cardio workouts. Some of them have really kicked my butt too!
  • Me too, I eat what I want just don't go over my calories for the day. I only hit one big plateau since I started that lasted 3 weeks. I ate one meal without counting calories (Thanksgiving Dinner) and that jump started the weight loss again. My biggest challenge is sodium....
  • Probably just water weight. Did you eat a lot of sodium? Sometime I can go up a few pounds if I eat to much salt. Just drink lots of water today and watch your salt intake and you will be back down.

  • I hardly ever use all my calories for the day. But make sure you don't drop to low or you will go into starvation mode. That is not good and you will stop losing. It’s also very unhealthy.
  • I try not to eat the extra calories after I workout but if I eat a few more than normal it doesn't hurt me. You wont get an error message if you don't consume them, only if you go below 1200 calories.
