I drink about 18-25 glasses a day, on average. I cannot get enough. Edited to add, I don't know 'how I do it'. I guess I worked up to it over time? I crave it. I hardly drink anything else.

When Atkins was super popular back in 03, I did a stupidly extreme version of it. My hair would come out by the handful in the shower. Once I got back to a more balanced diet, it stopped. Not saying that's what's going on with you, but that's how it happened with me. I hope you find the answers you need!

I have to switch it up frequently too or it doesn't seem to work as well. I am currently on Degree Expert Protection with 24 hour motion sense. That's a mouthful! :P

YES. Grew up in Texas, so we had it a lot. They actually sell it as a side at one of my all time favorite chicken joints out there, Chicken Express. I only get to have it once every 2 years when I go to visit family.
