I use plain or vanilla yogurt 1 full banana frozen fruit (I love the frozen fruit medely) Then blend. Since I use frozen fruit, I don't add any ice. My daughter (4yrs old) and I drink this quite a bit and she loves it.

After I do Insanity, I have a glass of almont milk and choc whey protein. I'm not able to eat after I work out and having the shake right away keeps me feeling great. The protein I use is vanilla or chocolate Pure Protein 100% whey, 1 scoop is 140 cal, 3g of carbs, and 25g of protein.

I don't know yet. I like the recovery program, but might just do 2-3 days of the recovery before starting all over again. I know we will be done on Sept 28th, so October 1 (a Monday), will be when we start Insanity all over again. I can't wait as we are all Insanity enthusiasts at my work.
