A wedge of light swiss LC on a toasted whole wheat pita is quite delicious. Mmmm....

Bump. Sounds amazing!

I'm looking forward to buying everything. Skirts, dresses, shorts, bathing suit...etc. Mostly looking forward to buying clothing with single digits on the size tag (that don't end in "x" like the 1x's and 2x's I have to buy now)

Today I busted out 30 minutes on the elliptical despite feeling like absolute poo. I still feel ill physically, but my mental state is loads better for doing it.

To be under 200 lbs before classes start back up at the end of August. I'm around 222 right now, so I'm thinking this is a reasonable goal. By NEXT summer, I hope to be at goal and confident enough to go swimming with friends for the first time in years.

Bump. Sounds amaaaaazing!

Yumm!

I personally love the honey-vanilla greek yogurt. I throw a couple of pieces of whatever cereal I have on hand in and sprinkle cinnamon on top. It's more filling than regular yogurt. I also love the idea of using as a sour cream substitute.

The Special K sea salt cracker chips are an amazing substitute for fries, in my opinion. You get salt and crunch and the serving size is fairly large for a snack. Just make sure you bag up a single serving size to take with you instead of eating straight from the box. Fast food is a hard habit to break. I've had a few slip…

-Get a tattoo. I've wanted one for years, but I've always put it off because I'm ashamed of my body. I might also get my bellybutton pierced. - Clothes. I'm saving my change to go on a major shopping spree with my friends once I hit my goal. It's been a very long time since I've wanted to go clothes shopping with other…

I've heard that caffeine can aggravate cramps and headaches during TOM. So I suppose for some women, the caffeine in chocolate can make cramps worse. I think it depends on your caffeine tolerance, though, because I've never noticed a difference.

This works for me with other peoples' food. When my boyfriend has a snack like Oreos or ice cream or he's drinking a soda that I like, I'll ask for a bite or a sip - USUALLY this helps curb the craving, especially since he doesn't always like to share.

You just inspired me to take a look at my account. I just compared last month (before I really started my journey) and this month. Wow! What a difference in my purchases! It's sooo nice to look at my checking account and not see a ton of little purchases from the fast food places, I never realized how much that added up.…

I always go a little crazy during "Shark Week". I mostly crave spicy foods and sweets. I allow myself to have a little bit of whatever I want and exercise and drink more water to compensate. I've read a few articles over the years that claim that light exercise such as walking can help alleviate cramps during TOM, it seems…

Bump - Interested in trying the taco seasoning.

Keep doing whatever keeps you sane/happy. I'm not going to jump on the "dump him" bandwagon, but I will say that you shouldn't get married until the two of you have resolved this problem. If his insecurities are keeping him from being able to support you in your quest for better health, then it would be a good idea for him…

That sounds amazing. I've been looking for a chicken alfredo pizza recipe that wouldn't make me feel like I was eating a calorie-bomb.

My boyfriend and I both like to sleep sprawled out. On our stomachs with one leg bent and an arm under the pillow. It's terrible when I say over because we sleep on a twin bed.:frown: We usually either sleep like that or spooning.

- Thanks to my parents, I believed that picking your nose would make you go bald. - "Toiletries" were trees...that grow in the toilet. - Pistachio ice cream was called "Boogerberry Cruch" - I believed that Santa liked cheese and crackers with Coke. Not milk and cookies. - I thought people became pregnant from kissing. - I…

Great job! Both on your weight loss and the wonderful, practical advice. :flowerforyou:

You had me at Harry Potter :flowerforyou: This is great, I'll have to give it a try next time I watch one of the movies.

Sounds fantastic! I guess I'll be picking a few extras when I go to the grocery store again.

Having a pretty good week so far. I had to tighten my belt a notch this morning. Yesterday, one of my co-workers asked me if I've lost weight because my face is looking thinner.

I love chai tea  I like it sweet with milk, though, so I've cut back on that. Someone recently gave me a large box of Bigelow Green Tea, so I've been drinking that plain every day.
