                i love music, and it seems to be a great stress reliever for me. when things get too crazy around the house i turn on "The Cha Cha Slide". If you never heard it, it's a cute song and it's got a dance that goes with it. so my kids can do this with me, even though they are the ones usually driving me crazy, it seems to help…

                I've completed her Ripped in 30. and i'm currently doing the 30DS. Tomorrow will be my last day on level 2! ( i know its the 30 day shred, but i'm doing each level in a week, so mine is a 3 week shred./ her ripped in 30 is based on four weeks, one level a week, so i wanted to keep it that way.)

                I've completed her Ripped in 30, and am currently on level 2 of the 30 Day Shred. i have definitely toned up, you don't see a lot of pounds lost at first, you gain a lot of muscle. it's a great workout, but don't be fooled, it's not easy by any means. But i enjoy doing it every day.

                sometimes it helps to quit counting calories for a week and lessen up on the exercising, kinda gives your body a jump start, like a reset button.

                i'm planning on getting a tattoo, that's my reward! But i'll also be wearing a bikini as often as possible and i want to get my belly button re-pierced. just had a baby, so had to lose it! my ultimate goal is staying fit and feeling great, that is the best reward.

                Yep! really close to Atlanta. i do all my exercising inside, it does get HOT here in the summer. (not much of a summer if you can't go outside!)

                i'm also a fan of no hair, legs and pits are fine, keep it trimmed in the "play area" and i'm a happy girl! i'd rather have little or no hair on the chest, i just don't like it.
