  • I'm not really seeing changes in me either. I have lost a little weight but I'm not worried about that. My clothes are pretty much fitting the same as they were before...maybe *slightly* looser but not really noticeable. I didn't take pics but I did measure myself. I think I was just expecting a more drastic change so I…
  • Maybe you could try to add your shredding into your morning routine & just take 20 minutes out of your gym time?
  • You look GORGEOUS! I have 70-80lbs to lose so your story is SO motivating for me! Congratulations on your hard work - I don't even know you but I am so proud of your accomplishment!! And thank you for sharing your pics & story...it gives me hope!!

  • Special K chips are really good, Special K bars, granola bars, apples, oranges. If he can carry a small cooler with him, he can pack some fruit & veggies.
  • Wow, I feel so behind!! I took a rest day last Sunday and couldn't exercise Wed or Thur because I was sick so tonight I'll only be on day 8 of Level 1. Looking forward to level 2 though!
  • Way to go, you're looking great!!! Keep up the good work :)
  • I'm doing the video and the C25K program. On nights where I don't do the C25K, I take my dogs for a nice little walk - we went to the vet yesterday and all 3 have gained weight :(. I find that the walking really helps me be less stiff later in the night & the next morning :)
  • Good job!! I'm also a member of the Girly Man Push-Ups club. I can usually complete 1 set and then I have to pause for a couple during the second set (I finished day 5 last night). I haven't even tried them the other way yet! On a side note - is anyone thinking about taking a rest day? My left calf is KILLING me today for…
  • I'm about to take my pups for a walk and then go for day 5 of shred! I can't believe I've only done 4 days and the soreness is already wearing off so much!
  • That's great!! I am just starting week 2 of the C25k program and I'm loving it! I can't wait until I get to run my first 5k :) Congrats and keep on running!!!

  • I must be crazy because I LOVE the pain/soreness. It makes me feel like I've done something to my body that's going to make it change for the better and that makes the pain & soreness worth it. Trust me, I know how you feel about hurting - I also had a lot of trouble going up & down stairs (sitting in the floor to put my…
  • Thank you for sharing! I just completed day 1 and I was feeling the pain about 5 minutes into it!! LOL I'm excited about day 2 though after hearing your comments! I hope it goes as well as yours did :)

  • Thanks guys! I'll make sure to drink lots of water when I'm done working out and hopefully that will help :)

  • I'm 5'0", hit my high weight of 190 and that's when I decided I needed to make a huge lifestyle change. Been on here for 6 days and down 4lbs. Please feel free to add me :)
  • I'm in! I'm actually waiting for the mail to run because my DVD is scheduled for delivery today! I'm so excited!!!!

  • Congratulations on your decision to get healthy! I'm new to the site too - just started last Sunday and I'm trying to lose about 65lbs. Since I'm also new, I'm on the lookout for motivating new MFP buddies so please feel free to add me! I'm on here every day, it's so addictive :)
  • How has the C25K program worked for you so far? I just started it on Thursday night and I'm about to go out for day number 2. I'm super excited about it but I'd love to hear if it's actually working for people! =)
