Small goals. I'm going at this 10lbs at a time. Replacing one bad habit with a good habit per week.

Yeah, I've noticed that weight loss = the "i'm better than you" attitude.

Sexiness is not about having a small butt or big butt. Its about loving what YOU have.

I can agree. They started adding HFCS into an awful lot of foods between 1975-1985...which is when America started to gain weight. Also. The BMI scale change of 1998. Millions of Americans became "fat", without gaining a pound. http://edition.cnn.com/HEALTH/9806/17/weight.guidelines/

Definitely not too fat. I'm 287lbs and am on day 5. Day 1 2 and 3 were rough with a few breaks. But now I can complete the video. I huff and puff and sweat buckets but I am able to finish it. Keep at it! You will be fine :)

I have a Polar FT4. Totally in love with it. I found that MFP is usually pretty off.

I am on day 5 and feel amazing. I have noticed my body changing and every time I do the video, I do it better. I'm getting stronger.

I agree! I may be 287 lbs but I dont have a weight loss goal. I am focused on becoming the healthiest version of me. Which includes providing my body nutrients and moving my body everyday.

I agree! And wow. Such an amazing strong positive post. Thank you for this. I am a total follower of the HAES program....Healthy at every size. I love my body. It works hard for me and I never self hate about my body or the shape of it. The key things about my body I love are my defined waist and full hips/butt. I also…

I do, but usually only a week or two at a time. Food shopping days are when I plan out my breakfast/lunch for the following weeks. I like to try new healthy things, this way I wont get bored

Whenever I dont feel like exercising, I usually crank up my radio and dance. I dont feel like i'm working out but I still burn calories! :)

I agree 100%. I have had a lot of people ask me if i'm dieting and I say nope, just being more concious of what I put into my body. They usually respond with "so, a diet?" and I say Nope. And leave it at that lol. But I am definitely on the same page. Also, congrats on the 25lbs gone!!

Thank you so much! Congrats on your success as well :)

Thank you so much! Today is my first day at work and actually out of the house all together since Friday lol. I kinda locked myself indoors to get the initial quit days over with. I told all my coworkers and they're going to keep an eye on me and probably steer clear of me lol. Last night was the worst. Tossed and turned.…

I generally stick to hummus w/ pretzels, protein shake/bar or raw fruit/veggies for my work lunches. I find any of them filling and easy to transport.

I weigh myself everyday. Sometimes multiple times per day. I find that it keeps me on track. Though, I only log Friday mornings weight. Its all about finding what you like best.
