i did that too then i got the nail polish in my teeth so i tried fake nails which i couldn't bite or take off but i learned to take the pain and would be able to rip them off which hurt like a mother.

i hate biting my nails but do it when I'm anxious. i go through spurts of anxiety and stop biting my nails because i get nervous about germs. I'm weird don't ask.

i havent done it and not interested in trying it but i know a girl who did and she lost inches but had to stop because she was having a lot of tummy issues.
