I couldn't live without popcorn. It is cheap, easy and filling, has lots of fiber and can satisfy the salty, crunchy urges. If I am in my office, I'll throw a bag in the microwave. At home, I air pop it and add a little olive oil spray, fresh ground pepper and sea salt. Yummy!

I am an attorney in a solo general practice. I do mostly family law (Divorces :-( ) but also handle a good bit of employment law, simple probate cases, and misdemeanor criminal cases. This is a second career. I started to law school at age 40 as a single parent, when my youngest child started to kindergarten!

If that's not the norm for you.....I would be a little concerned. You don't want to wait until you're in pain....then the problem could be compounded and much harder to deal with. I would try a stool softener to see if that won't get things moving!
