i agree with a previous poster. A two pound gain could have to do with your level of exercise, your time of the month, .....just about anything, and one week of gain does not prove that carbs are the culprit. Key for me....and I definitely don't always do this...is 1) Have a plan, and 2) have the right foods on hand when you're hungry. The worst hour for me is the time between when I hit the door after work and the time supper is ready to be served. If I don't have healthy snacks on hand while I am preparing the healthy dinner…
