                You goal is your calorie target. The net calories is how many you have left adjusted for exercise. Is that what you need to know?

                Set mini goals! Sometimes being focused on big goals that will take a while to achieve is hard, but setting monthly goals can really help you keep focused.

                I think you have to just graduate to mysteriously disappearing people to get away with it

                It is probably best to not log it seperately and be safe. I know for fitbit if you log the start time accurately, it will not double count. But, there are so many trackers out there these days I don't know if they have all of them set up well like that.
