Well, I reevaluated my schedule and am switching my workout days a little so rest day is Tuesday. I portioned out my snacks for today and next week at work also. Since it's 4am I'll be working out after I get off work and get some sleep.

Nice! Can do most of the workout stuff at work for a bonus. Maybe less guilt too. I'm slacking and having schedule issues and it's really bothering me. It's not like the "oh I just don't want to" slacking... it's the "I just worked 8 hours, was up 12 more following and got 4 hours before work again today" sort.
