Okay, I need to ask ... What is the pound equivalent of a "stone"? have seen several mentions of it on several posts, but am not familiar with it as a unit of measure. thank you.

Day 4 Stats Water - check Food Diary - check Under calories - check Daily challenge - check, but must admit that I didn't do the Ups/Downs, but did the 100 toe touches instead. Just couldn't do the others. Need to work up to those.

Using weights, even light weights, helps our bones grown stronger also - which is really important for most women. Don't want to be osteoporotic in our old (and middle) age.

I am a 12/14 now (depending on the clothes) and would be very happy with a good fitting 10.

I went on a 7 night cruise for my birthday last month, so you can just imagine what I did for a week !! Back to the gym and back to logging in the food diary. It was worth it though !!
