We also used clicker training with our Boston Terrier. We put him through 2 puppy classes when we first got him, and they use clicker training in those classes. Very effective!

This. I love Turbo Fire. I think it's geared more toward women anyway with the music/moves/etc. I save so much time being able to work out at home. I don't have to worry about travel time or waiting for machines. If I can get my exercise right at home why not? The only thing I DO miss about the gym is the strength training…

I have this exact same one, and I LOVE it. It's so nice to know what you're actually burning instead of trying to guess. I find it to actually push me more during my workout because I WANT to see the calories burned number go up up up!!!!!!!! :) Definitely worth it and highly recommended.

I was told in high school by a classmate that she always thought I was a snob because of my facial expression or that I didn't say "Hi" to her ever. Ummm I was SHY! Yes, I count them because calories still add up no matter what it is. But your original post was worrying about the sugar in watermelon, and when you compare watermelon to a candy bar there's a big difference in the type of sugar we're talking about. LOl I just noticed the same thing on mine last week!! I lied about my weight on my driver's license when I first got it when I was 16. I put down like 30 lbs less than what I actually weighed. I noticed last week that my weight now actually matches my license weight!!! :) woop!
