Lol it's hard as hell, but I usually do pretty ok with it! I eat chocolate a lot, so it's a huge one for me to give up. The point of Lent is to make a pretty big sacrifice, and eating no chocolate is mine! LOl

Did an hour of yoga tonight, and it actually wasn't bad!! I hadn't done it in a while, so I figured I'd throw in the P90X video. The hour went by much faster than I thought, and I found that I can do a lot of the moves a lot easier than when I first got P90X. I've never been a fan of yoga, but at least I can tolerate it…

My Strength for the week has been completed, 100 mins..done! I just have 1 set of Sallys left to do. Tomorrow I will tackle those :) 30 mins left of cardio, so that is also on the agenda for the morning!! We've got this, team!! :) How's everyone else looking?

Agreed. I always find it odd that it puts the protein in red for going over. It's not appropriate at all. The protein goal is really low on here to begin with. Same with the other "good" macros... fiber, potassium, etc. MFP will have it together some day....lol

I still have 45 mins of strength to get in, but I only need 30 more minutes of cardio. I'll be hitting the gym after work to get more cardio and strength in today, and I'll make sure to finish it up tomorrow. The total amount of minutes needed each week for BOTH cardio and strength is a lot, so I'm still adjusting!! LOl…
