I have a toddler, so not so much lol but from the previews I have seen, it definitely makes me glad I chose Daryl over Rick (although I'm sure his injuries will be as short-lived as they were in the beginning). Looks like Tyreese will score some points for my hubby's team, too.

I'm a good bit smaller than you, but I've noticed that I don't ovulate if I'm over 160 lbs or so. I had 4 miscarriages last year while on fertility drugs, so I'm working to get back to the point of ovulating on my own before trying again.

Dude, it's all about confidence. Just be yourself, sounds like you've got a great sense of humor, which many women love. And I agree with the dating site advice, it's how I met my husband (who by the way was 6', 350 and pretty shy at the time)... you never know who you'll meet  (ETA: we met less than a month after…

I try to eat "clean", but can't afford organic. I really try to avoid processed foods and refined carbs... it gives me more energy, less mood swings, and I'm hoping it'll regulate my hormones and help me get successfully pregnant without medication. (ETA for anyone wanting to give me crap, yes, we've had plenty of testing…

Hmm, wonder what that trainer would tell me, considering I need to take medication on an empty stomach and wait at least 30 min before eating...

Just saw a commercial for WD... 3 more days!!! Looks like there'll be plenty of zombie kills for everyone, too :drinker:

Doing good, keeping up with my running and tried out Jillian's cardio kickbox last night. It wasn't too bad (just didn't know how to track it), so I'll be using it and p90x kempo to get in my cross-training and hone zombie-fighting skills

I've never been really big (my max was a BMI around 33 in high school that didn't last long), but whenever my weight gets over a set point (maybe BMI 27?), I don't ovulate. I lost 40 lbs a few years ago, then got pregnant with my son. After having him, I thought I could overcome the anovulation with fertility drugs instead…

Yay! Now to wait for the show to come back...I'm sure Daryl won't disappoint  Just wondering though, when do we state our goals and starting point, and do we do it here or in a pm to you?
-
I'm in, too. Team Daryl all the way!!

Hey, I'm Kari. I love running and WD, and my goals are to do a 10k this spring and lose the last 12 lbs of baby weight from my toddler (plus a little extra, if I can). I think I'm going Team Darryl

I'm 5'3, and I usually eat about 1400 calories a day, sometimes a bit more if I put in a hard workout.

Reduced-carb (not low carb) with moderate fat works best for me. I try to stick to whole grains and combine carbs with protein as much as possible (helps keep my blood sugar at a more even keel.) The biggest things I try to avoid are trans fats, added sugars (especially high-fructose corn syrup), and soy.
