I've tried it. I thought it was ok... But I know others, my brother included, who had more intense effects than i did. One PWO that literally kicked my *kitten* and got me pumped was Lecheek Speed x3. HOLY *kitten*! That stuff was no joke for me.

I'm maintaing at 5.5%-6% BF currently. On my initial cut, I made sure I stuck to a strict calorie deficit, watched my macros and continued to workout at the gym. I dropped a significant amout of BF within 2.5-3 mos doing that.

PERSONAL PREFERENCE will dictate when you eat. If you perform better in the gym on a full stomach, eat before. If you perform better on an empty stomach, eat after. Meal timing is irrelevant. The most important thing is that you hit your caloric and macro goals for the day/week.
