  • i have no information about night shifts/night eating etc. but make sure that you are drinking a lot of water during this time, sounds like your body is pretty active and if you are feeling bloated and blah after shifts water will certainly help with that.

  • Congratulations!! That is a HUGE accomplishment to be proud of. I quit smoking with both of my pregnancies and then restarted...this year i was determined, i gave it up for lent...but then started again after 40 days...i'm still confident that one day i will give it up for good.
