i think it depends on how the nutritional information reads, a lot of packaged foods will give you one value for the box and then and then another value for a serving "as prepared" when they say that i assume it includes all ingredients necessary to make it, if it doesn't then i add it on its own

There is no easy trick, I agree this has to be something you have self control about. I also agree to look at the menu ahead of time and see what you can get. can you try other creamers, maybe do a half and half with the stuff you love until you get used to it, or just try a little less one week and then a little less then ext week until you are using only 100 calories worth? That's what i have done and now i rarely notice the difference

not saying to not listen to your doctor, if she said take ibuprofen fine, but ibuprofen, even just slighltly over the recommended dose and even only a couple of times a month can lead to very serious kidney issues. again not saying don't do it, ive been known to up the dose as well, just be careful.

Depending on the sandwich, i love hummus and guac (altho calorie wise gauc is still high-but it has good fats in it). Also light mayo or using less mayo? The other thing is a light salad dressing, if you are looking for creaminess a little light salad dressing in your flavor of choice goes a long way.
