It helps with my sinuses tremendously! I put a Tablespoon in my hot tea every day! The honey I get comes from the same state that I live in but not close by. Still helps! Give it a try.

Also, if you don't want to take medicine, they say yoga helps and putting ginger in your tea. I haven't tried it but you never know!

I get migraines as well, sometimes once a week. I have taken everything from Execedrin Migraine to Imitrex which did nothing. if you eat 1200 calories a day and burn 800 calories of that during exercise, you have only really ate 400 calories for the day. that is starvation mode! you need AT LEAST 1200 per day. it's really pretty simple if you think about it. :) hope this helps.

I get Shape and I love it! Fitness is good too - less info and more geared toward hardcore workouts and people that are already in shape it seemed like. I also love Self but its about overall wellness.

if you look at subways nutrition table at the bread - the 6" italian (white) bread has less calories and sodium than the 9 grain wheat! And less than the flatbread!

I just sold mine on ebay for $60, so im sure you can find it on there a lot cheaper. Mine was also brand new, never used it. There are plenty for sale on there now.

check out zumba.com there is a whole section on becoming an instructor. They have a list of places the sessions are held and the price. i've looked into it many times. Seems fairly easy to do. Good Luck!!!!!
