Lunabars are scrumdidlyumptious. I also like Larabars, but prefer making my own. Simple zone perfect bars are good too - the coconut one is yummy.

You look fantastic! I wish I took pics before I started my 30 DS journey. And I love your tattoos btw!

My dog throws his toy at me for a few minutes, esp while im on the floor on my mat (so it goes situp, throw toy, situp, throw toy), then he sits in the kitchen the entire rest of my workout staring at the fridge (the rest of his toys are stored on top of the fridge). And amazingly when I'm finished working out he lays down…

That's silly, of course you can eat tomorrow (unless you are THAT hungover, in which case stick to the BRAT diet and fluids). Just because you went over on calories one day doesn't mean you can't eat tomorrow. Every day is a new day. Your body needs fuel to run. Just drink plenty water to rehydrate and take it easy with…

It is indeed frustrating. Especially when they bring the Xbox on vacation.

I eat pizza with a fork and knife. I actually eat a lot of finger foods with utensils.

Yep. Good band.

I love Ben and Jerry's. We make the best threesome. However, it's difficult to resist eating it all and a tad expensive

Army daughter AND Army gf (can't get away from the Army Lols). I know how you feel. I'm here on a mission to get healthier and lose some weight before he comes back from deployment and before we marry. I'm new here too, so friends are welcome!

I personally love it. Everything I have so far I can still hide though, for work: wrist and back pieces thus far. You should put it wherever makes you happy, since it is your body.

I just finished day 3 of level 2 today - it definitely is hard but I feel so accomplished after. My body is sore but I do feel more toned than before. I'm determined to finish all 30 days. :) I'm already looking for a new workout to move to after the 30 days.

I keep retreading this thread to keep my hopes up. It's been shark week and I made the mistake of stepping on the scale during it :noway: Omg, the number has not been this high in forevers :grumble: There should be a function on scales that disable them while it's shark week since it is not helpful at all. I realty hope…

I love my fitbit!!!!!!! It doesn't take too much time to set up and I consider it a worthy investment. I love that you can track your movements: steps and stairs climbed, as well as your sleeping patterns. It helps me stay motivated on those days where I just can't make it to a gym for cardio - so I find sneaky ways to…

I'm new to this myself, but the calorie goal I set mine to was according to the fat2fitradio.com. I try to eat at least my BMR and aim for my TDEE daily. You might want to check out the group "Eat More to Weigh Less," there are some very informative ppl over there who have been incredibly supportive with setting goals and…

Just thought I'd take a second to introduce myself since I've been popping up on various topics around here since I joined end of last week. I just switched over to MFP from another food journal for the community support, and thus far I'm loving it. The wealth of information and support here is amazing. I'm a pescetarian…

I too am curious as to if it should really be set to 30%. I'm having a very hard time getting all that protein in my diet, especially double hard since I don't eat meat.

Oh my gosh, I know exactly how you feel. I too shall have to reread that quote many times. I'm waiting for the light at the end of this tunnel, haha.

I've been slowly upping my calories for a few weeks. I didnt know I was eating in the starvation zone, under 700 cal for so long, since I had lost weight from it (185 to 149lbs). Then I plateaued and it was recommended to up my calories, which was when I slowly started upping my intake. Granted I did slip back under my…

I've been slowly upping my calories for a few weeks. I had no idea I was eating in the starvation zone for a year, - I had lost weight from it, down from 185 to 149lbs, but plateaued and was reccomended to up my calories to lose more weight. Then I read that I need to be eating above my BMR, nearer to my TDEE...which seems…

Oookay. So I've been trying this method and finding it hard to eat so many calories. But now that I've been eating more, and doing Jillian's 30 day shred, my weight has gone up. I mean, I woke up today so bloated I legitimately look pregnant, ew. I'm supposed to be losing weight, not hiding a fat belly. It's extremely…

Bump for epicness. Going to try adding this as my plan...although I already find it hard to eat so many calories.

I'm 5'4" sw:185, cw:154, gw:140. I'd love to be 140, I feel like I've been in the 150s forever, managed to get to 149 a while ago and i loved it and can't wait to get in the 140s.

My ninja blender stick: make my morning smoothies plus you can turn it into a food processor. Tupperware/glass containers Food scale Measuring cups Thermos food jars (keep food cold or hot while you're on the go) Lunch box (eating healthy prepared food at work beats takeout) Ice packs to go in the lunch box if you're…
