If its genetic, i should be morbidly obese with diabetes, heart disease, thyroid issues, and arthritus. Instead....im 16% bodyfat, hypoglycemic, and can run an eight minute mile. im not buying it.

Just looked at your pics-you look like a VS model. if THAT is bulky, im built like a rhino. ive gone up two pants sizes because of my thighs, and one in shirts/jackets because of my arms and shoulders. but i can ROCK a mini dress now.

In case you havent read the other 134543356788987899077656 posts that say this: YOU CANNOT BULK WITHOUT TRYING SPECIFICALLY TO DO SO. i lift heavy, 3-5 reps for about three weeks, then i lighten up and do 15-20 reps for one week. And its taken me three years of specifically eating and training to gain 10lbs.

I lift super heavy, eat nearly 5000 calories/day-its taken me three years of this to gain any muscle. it takes serious effort.

I have a macro goal-i eat whatever it takes to reach that goal. i mainly watch calories, protein, and carbs. right now, in enjoying a 522 calorie shake while waiting on my 477 calorie snack to cook. then again, im not trying to lose.

I stalled until i started doing bench twice a week. Also, my deadlift will continue to improve on a calorie deficit for a while, but bench, cleans, and presses will flatline.
