I logged mine in strength training. I listed them as standing calf raises. I typed BW for body weight but nothing showed up,,, but no biggie to me. I did mine as BW only because yesterday was leg day and did weighted standing and seated calf raises, Oh by the way done! I did 6 sets of 30,,,,,,, just cause the felt so good!

Agreed you look great, there light is casting a funny shadow around you mid section, lok like a half circle,,, but abs look tight. Maybe hit the weights. Good advise,,, obviously not a woman but there are days where I feel like I should be losing and I gain... I track inches as well. If the inches around the mid section are getting lower I am happy. Sounds good,, I have a bowl of oatmeal with planters healty nut mix, half scoop of protein powder, splash of milk and out the door, takes all of about 2 minutes to make. eat a banana walking out to the car and away I go. I am going to check out the baked oatmeal, thanks for posting it.
