No results, huh? No weight loss, no inches change, not getting stronger, not gaining endurance, just NOTHING? Really? Are you doing it wrong?
-
And I am going to have to 100% whole heartedly disagree with your comment. Some myths just won't die...
-
You might want to try not eating to avoid those insulin spikes as protein causes them too.

I think what offends me the most about the OP is the implication that women don't watch football.

I used to be a cardio bunny with minimal strength training, but when I reversed that, my results have been more to my liking. Sure, I lost weight and size the other way, but I was too "squishy" and weak for my personal preferences. Now some people will actually prefer the softer look...but for those of us looking to be…

I honestly lost no weight at all doing this program. However, I did lose inches and a dress size, so fvck the scale, honestly. If you eat properly and stick with it, you will lose size yet gain strength. Don't worry so much about the scale.

My opinion is that it tastes terrible. (I got a free sample from someone trying to recruit me so she could eventually get a BMW, lmao) It's overpriced powdery junk... My suggestion: Calculate your daily calorie needs for maintenance...subtract 20% from that number...then eat whole foods (delicious ones that you know you…

Perhaps this is why my bikinis keep getting smaller...

No thanks, I'd rather eat "dirty" and still get results. I eat white pasta, potatoes, dairy, red meat, and many other things people categorize as "dirty" such as cheese puffs, pop tarts, and ice cream and amazingly enough I still lost weight and am perfectly healthy. And counting calories is not tedious; it helps me to see…

For the past month and a half, the ONLY exercise I got was walking. My body fat dropped from 23 to 21% and I lost 5 pounds. Sure, the process could have been sped up with more exercise, but I couldn't exercise due to an injury that I had in July. Walking does work as long as your calorie deficit is in place.
-
My exercise is 4 days in the gym for weight training and minimal cardio (walking, dancing, and such with maybe some kickboxing from time to time, but I don't do that as much as I used to). My results came mostly from the calorie deficit. The exercise just made me look better after the calorie deficit lost the fat for me,…

I personally only count actual workout sessions as workouts and I only log those as such. All the other stuff is just "extra" for me. I don't count cleaning, yard work, etc. I account for those things in the settings by saying that I am "lightly active" rather than "sedentary." If you are saying you are lightly…

It depends on the video. Sometimes I pause it, sometimes I don't. As long as I get a good workout, it doesn't really matter. I just know that when my CV improves over time, I won't even need to take as many breaks.

Why would you spend over $100 on a program if you already have access to a gym? I would simply change up your gym routine, throw in some extra cardio if you feel you need it (and eat enough calories to support it) and save your money. (My answer may be different if you didn't already have access to a gym...maybe)

The more exercise I get...and the more productive my exercise is...the more sleep I get. For me, that is a good thing, because I wasn't getting enough sleep before. I can get at least 7 hours, sometimes a lot more, when I am working out and eating a healthy amount of food (as opposed to way too much or way too little food)

LOL, some of us (myself included) hate that word.

Most people mix it with something to make it taste better, which of course makes it even more expensive in the end. The *only* way I can have the chocolate kind not taste like @$$ is by using milk and peanut butter, for example. But, the right chocolate protein powder tastes even better with those ingredients for hundreds…

You have to eat "clean" to lose weight. I was literally told by a Beachbody "coach" (cough, cough) that I was incorrect when I said that nobody breaks the laws of thermodynamics and that you all you need is a calorie deficit to lose weight. Little Miss proceeded to whine at me that she was "eating super clean on a deficit"…

I'm 5'5" (rounded up from 5' 4.5" LOL). I currently weigh 131 pounds, down from 191 pounds a few years back. My calorie goal is 1800 daily, but I eat less than that when I don't exercise (about 1500-1600 or so on non-exercise days). I never eat less than 1500 if I can help it. Back when I was eating less than 1500 calories…

I've never bought into this kind of thing. When I was obese, these calculators said that I had a large frame. Not so surprisingly, as I lost weight, my so-called "frame size" got smaller as well. My original goal weight was 150 pounds which is normal I suppose for a large framed 5'5" female...but my before picture in my…

I tend to use my juicer in the morning, and when I want a "shake" I just blend the juice with some protein powder and milk. I don't really care for any of the pre-made ones I've ever tried.
-
I've lost the majority of my weight doing exactly this. I don't care if people call it obsessive, I'm successful which is what matters.
-
In their own weird way, I think people are just trying to get you to understand that unless you plan on doing these shakes for the rest of your life, you could be setting yourself up for disaster. The majority of people who use shakes never really learn how to create a healthy calorie deficit and end up yo-yo dieting…

My over consumption of Mello Yello as a child turned me into as cereal killer. I guess I'm addicted to sugar or artificial sweeteners or something. At least my chicken hasn't killed me yet. But I better watch out for Ronald McDonald, huh?
-
<---Eats pasta, potatoes, dairy, and a myriad of other foods that people deem "bad." Still lost weight.
-
I enjoy my juicer. It is neither for meal replacement nor cleansing, lol. Just a way to get more veggies and fruits in a tasty way... Obviously people are on their guard because they think everyone who juices believes in weird fasts or cleanses which is ignorant to think. I get a lot of recipes from…

If you give up wine, let me send you my address so you can ship your leftovers over to me.

Raspberry ketones lighten the pocketbooks of all the people that fall for the claims... But without a calorie deficit, nothing happened to their weight. And if they were in a deficit, it was not the ketones that made anything happen...

I guess it depends on whether or not I am currently having lower back issues, for whatever reason. I love rows, but when my lower back is compromised (like last year after being in a car wreck) lat pulldowns did the trick until I was healed.
