My nutritionist said up to 5lbs depending on what day of your period. I always stay the same weight or go up when I have mine. This week it was a one pound gain. Its tough to see the number on the scale but I'm just going to work out a lot and drink lots of water, hopefully next week I'll be back to loosing again! Good…

OoooOOOoo Pick me!!! I'm working this halloween. Both cabbage night and halloween night. Phew. It wasn't super busy to start, just lots of noise complaints... then it got busy haha. Lots of fights! I didn't even notice it was snowing out. Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit slower since it'll be Sunday. One can hope!

I agree!! My nutritionist set me up on the site - and set up my daily goals. She set my protein at 135!!!!! Protein helps you feel full!!

I have a GoWear FIT which is made by Body Media (the same company that makes the BodyBugg) and I love it. It is a bit pricey compared to a regular hrm, but it does a lot of stuff.
