I was just thinking about how I can't wait until it gets warm so that I can do my cardio outside. can't wait to run the canal! Surprisingly, my motivation hasn't been too affected by the cold weather. Still hitting the gym consistently 5-6 days a week and progressing on all of my lifts, so all is well right now.

Beef Jerky! Yes, it is high in sodium but 240 calories worth (~3oz), you get about 39g of protein. Can't beat it!

Living in the dorms is only fun for 1, maybe 2 years TOPS. After that, it's just an annoyance. Get a roomate and split the rent/utilities for your junior and senior year!

Honestly, I'd just go ahead and eat what I wanted. The superbowl isn't an everyday occurrence, and you can easily hop back on the "wagon" the following day. Pet peeve: people who POP their gum! Phobia: Mice Oddities: I can't wear socks in the house. Volume has to be set to either a multiple of 5, or an even number. I wash/clean out my car atleast 4 times a week.
