Shrimp fried rice or chicken fried rice. I hardly ever eat out, so when I do, I make sure I get whatever I want.

You tell her to start P90x or Insanity, but then say to stop eating carbs...why? That's an absolutely terrible idea. If she did either of those programs, it would be incredibly difficult to get through a workout with little to no fuel

Find something to keep yourself occupied. Can you do some exercises at/by your desk?

Use the recipe builder on MFP. Go to the "food" tab, and click "recipes". There, you can enter the ingredients and find out the number of calories per serving

4 oz chicken breast (~100 cals), 1/4 cup brown rice (~75ish cals), and vegetables . Or just have a salad with lean meat. Another option is to just eat what you want and work it off later. As long as you're in a caloric deficit for the week, you'll still lose weight.

My favorite is the Kashi Island Vanilla biscuits because they remind me of Mini Wheats, just more nutritious. For 190 calories, you get 6g fiber and 6g of protein, with only 9g of sugar. Not too bad compared to the other cereals out there. My all time favorite "healthy" cereal, though, is the Special K Protein Plus.

This. Took the words right out of my mouth. Using this method, I've never met a vegetable that I didn't like. Also you could sautee some vegetables in a skillet with olive oil,and add a little rice and lean meat. Good eatin'
