Pretty much. lol. Seriously though, initially you're probably going to want to quit. It does get better after the first week or so...slightly. It never gets easy, but you become more accustomed to the intensity. Just make sure you keep pushing through

Almond Milk (unless it's unsweetened) normally has alot more sugar than regular milk. Also, it doesn't have the protein content of cow's milk.
