I've heard good things about Yurbuds because they're made specifically for working out/being active. Check them out: http://yurbuds.com/

Weigh out the oil before and after? For example (completely random numbers), weigh out 100g of Oil that you plan on using to fry. When your food is finished, weigh it again. Let's say 45g of oil remains in the pot. Therefore, you know that you used 55g of oil in the frying process and can log it as such. Just an idea

It doesn't matter; which ever way you feel comfortable. Personally, I like to lift on an empty stomach because it seems like I have more energy/ the ability to lift heavier weight. If I'm going to do some intense cardio, though, I like to eat something small atleast an hour before.

Awesome :-) . Don't use two cups of sugar, though. I found it to be way too much. Let us know how they turn out!

Mine came out to 91 calories a piece because I only had semi-sweet chocolate chips on hand. if you follow the recipe as written, it will be around 72 calories per cookie. Recipe makes 2 dozen
-
When I made them, I got 24 cookies out of the recipe
-
You would like that, wouldn't you? *kitten*.

If you can't do a full pullup, what about inverted rows?
-
I love your smile. You look great!
-
Lol I don't think they're in stores yet
-
made it to over 50 the other day, it's really not that hard if you're eating a diet full of vegetables and healthy grains. The protein bars I use are also very fiber heavy.

Welcome, man. Fellow 23 year old student here. Feel free to add!

Being over on your fats have no bearing on weight loss.

I did another round. Well actually, 3/4 of it.. then I got bored and quit lol. However with insanity under your belt,I feel like those two programs wouldn't even present a challenge to you. have you considered Asylum?

Where's the fun in arguing like school aged children on a playground during recess? Gets kind of old, don't you think?
-
Yikes. He wants to give you the "D". You game?
-
Why are you so quick to yell "sabotage"? Maybe she wants to get to know you better...since you do have to work with her, and all.

Why is this topic always an argument on this board? If you believe in cheat days, great. If you don't believe in cheat days, great also. No amount of bickering is going to change someone else's opinion on the matter, so why bother? Live and let live. If your method is working for you, that's all that matters.
-
Apparently it wasn't, if people are questioning what you're talking about. Anyway, if you're really exercising over 7 hours per week, 1700 is probably still too low for you (especially if you throw heavy lifting into the mix)
-
Yep
-
Where did you get 1700 calories from? If you're utilizing the TDEE method, you should be eating at a 20% deficit. That would bring your intake to 2,072 calories per day. If you planned on eating 1700 calories, that would mean your deficit is at ~35%, and that's simply WAY too much. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you?
-
1) eat more. You should not be netting 500-700 calories. This is why you're having trouble shifting those last few pounds. 2) BF will not make you gain weight unless you're in a calorie surplus; that is, ingesting more calories than you burn...but you're not doing that, so don't worry about it

Do some inverted rows using the Smith Machine (one of the only reasons to ever use it), if your gym has one. You can also use an assisted pull up machine to build the necessary strength. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwE_fhS8muE&feature=share&list=UUsdB0XmFlvBIDyre3D7zyiw

Damn!
-
crash diets don't work. you'll gain back every pound you lost once you start back eating regularly again
-
how many calories are you eating?
-
You should give everyone who comments on this thread a piece of that money... since it was my idea, I claim 3 bucks. pay up!

what's her personality like?
