I agree with the OP. I'm only squatting about 155 right now, due to the fact that I literally just started squatting last week. I'd rather go light and learn the proper technique, instead of going heavy and ending up on the stretcher.

For breakfast, I'd say a coffee and donuts (office pitch in foods). Since she has hypertension and high cholesterol, I'd assume that she knows that she needs to sneak in some "healthier" eating habits. Because of this, I'd say she eats a salad with fruit for lunch; typical food that everyone eats to be healthy, right?…

I agree with this. How long did you test each calorie range? I also find your TDEE to be too low for a guy of your size. I'm 9 inches shorter and about 70 lbs lighter, and my TDEE is around 3200 to 3400

Strength training. I'm still battling some lower stomach flab/loose skin, but lifting weights has definitely helped alot with firming it up. I still have ways to go, but I'll get there. Patience is key. Good luck
